Baraga
RUM Steve and ARUS Tammy are in the parking lot, eager to meet Baraga's newest puppies. FLDs Eco and Farley oblige, yawning with sweet puppy breath.

In the room where we are to have our training session, the men are sitting in chairs against the walls, organized by team. The two inmate raisers waiting for their new puppies sit next to each other in chairs in the middle of the room. Their backs face the door. Everyone but these two men can see the black and yellow fur balls arrive. "Awwwwws" ripple around the room.
Tammy follows a tradition started in the Iowa prison puppy-raising program. She hands FLD Eco over the shoulder of his primary raiser, Nico, and gives him time to savor the moment.
Then Tammy lifts FLD Farley over the shoulder of his primary raiser, Steve. Everyone applauds the new arrivals.

The men are quick to introduce FLDs Eco and Farley to their teams and the rest of the group.
